What could drought mean?

They sent an alert on our phones recently. There is a drought in London. The grass in parks is withering and dying. No longer its normally green self. Initially, i thought it was the early coming of autumn because of the abundance of browny orange leaves. I felt my lips dry up aswell. I've heard reports that there will be a flood in winter to make up for it.

This weather condition means that going to the park is less enjoyable, which means that going to the library is less enjoyable, which means that studying is also less enjoyable.To be dry is also to be sober. Perhaps london is entering a brief season of abstinance? Not so surely.

London is a city loaded with contradictions.
